Evie's classes are therapeutic and designed to bring the awareness in to your body with slow restorative gentle movements echoed to the mindfulness of the breath.

PILATES WITH TINA

​

In Tina's class, she teaches a combination of classical Pilates, which are either mat, wall or chair based, with/without small equipment such as flex-bends and small inflatable balls. This small equipment can provide additional resistance, and challenge the core abdominal muscles which are important to consider as we age. During classes Tina introduces mindfulness, cognitive exercises, vagal toning & pain management techniques leaving Participants with a deeper understanding of the interplay between body, mind & nervous system health.

Wild Swan classes, inclusive for beginners and intermediate level, suitable for all levels, are low-impact which helps build flexibility, strength and concentration through breathing from inside-out. Movements can be modified to individual needs.

This class is a blend between fitness and yoga.

We move through a series of body weight exercises, using your bodyweight to strengthen and tone and then gradually increasing the intensity  as we flow through a fitness based vinyasa flow 

Each week has a varied mix of dynamic, energetic yoga flows to slower paced strong flows improving strength, endurance and flexibility

Suitable for beginners/ mixed ability, exploring Hatha Yoga poses and their modifications where required along with breathing techniques and meditation.

BEGINNER FRIENDLY YOGA WITH NIKKI CAMPBELL

In this beginner’s yoga class you'll gently release tension and be encouraged to disconnect from daily life, all while cultivating strength and flexibility. This slow flow starts with a floor-based warm-up. As you progress, you'll transition through classic yoga poses and build a little heat and energy. This accessible practice has a strongfocus on listening to your own body to build strength and ends with a guided relaxation.

A monthly circle for connection, expression and release; a safe-space for self-discovery,

empowerment and transformation.
Zsuzsi and Sherina invite you to join them for an evening of sharing which will include yoga, breathwork and meditation, as well as the essential ingredient of laughter!

Suggested donations for the two-hour session are £5-£30
